To ensure that the bottles are not damaged during transportation, we have also put a lot of effort into the inner tray design. For the bottle caps, cardboard inner trays are used for fixation, which can fit the caps tightly and effectively prevent them from shaking. At the bottom, EVA inner trays are employed. With their excellent cushioning performance, they can greatly reduce the impact force during transportation and comprehensively protect the safety of the products.
- Printing and Hot Stamping: At the beginning of the production stage, we select high-quality printing materials and use high-precision printing equipment to evenly print the pink base color on the surface of the packaging box. Subsequently, the hot-stamping process is carried out, and the elaborately designed silver petal patterns are accurately hot-stamped, giving the box a bright luster and unique texture.
- Laminating: After the printing and hot-stamping are completed, the laminating process follows. This step not only enhances the wear - resistance, and waterproofness of the packaging box but also makes the colors of the box more vivid and long-lasting, allowing the romantic atmosphere of the pink cherry blossoms to be maintained for a long time.
- Assembly: Finally, it enters the assembly stage. Workers carefully assemble the fabricated box bodies, cardboard inner trays, EVA inner trays, and other components to ensure that each box has a stable structure and perfect details.
